The Metropolitan Bible Baptist Church Toronto is an independent church holding fast in the fundamental truths of the King James Version of the Bible. We are a Bible-believing, Soul-winning, family-oriented and Christ-centered church. We are committed to spreading the good news of salvation through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We are located in the North York area of the city of Toronto. We are a Filipino congregation reaching out to everybody regardless of culture or nationality. Our Mission

The mission of the Metropolitan Bible Baptist Church is the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ found in Matthew 2: 19-20: "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

Our Vision

The vision of the Metropolitan Bible Baptist Church is to be that New Testament Church proclaiming the riches of God's glory, presenting every man perfect in Christ Jesus and in the fullness of Christ according to Colossians 1:27-28 "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:" and to Ephesians 4:13 "Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:"

These are testimonies of our members whose lives were changed by the love and mercy of our Lord. Every day, God is moving in people’s hearts and calling them to Himself through His Word.
